Jasmina Džinić is the assistant professor at the Chair of Administrative Science, Zagreb Law Faculty. She obtained her PhD in Public Law and Public Administration in 2014 by defending the thesis on the impact of quality improvement instruments on organizational learning in administrative organizations. In 2008, she passed the legal exam. She is the author of many scientific papers in the field of public administration. In 2012, she obtained the annual prize for young scientists by the Society of university teachers, scholars and other scientists – Zagreb for the paper Regulatory Bodies and Regulation: Some Problems Connected with Issuing Decrees for Law Implementation and in 2015 she obtained Mzia Mikeladze award for the best PhD thesis in the field of public administration and public policy in CEE by the NISPAcee.Her papers have been presented at international conferences in the country and abroad. She has been participating at several local and international projects. She gives lessons and seminars in several courses within the public administration program, law program and social work program. Her professional field of interest comprises quality in public administration, public management, public administration reforms, organizational learning, local self-government, regulation and regulatory reform, etc.
