AAI identity
What is AAI?
The AAI@EduHr system is the authentication and authorisation infrastructure of the system of science and higher education in the Republic of Croatia. AAI electronic identity enables students to access online services of the AAI@EduHr system. At the Faculty of Law it is used to:
– access the Studomat;
– access e-referada;
– register seminars;
– view e-mail;
– browse certain databases.
Students are granted an AAI identity when enrolling in their studies.
Procedure in case of loss of data to access the AAI system
Due to the importance of ensuring confidentiality of AAI access data, it is not possible to change the AAI password through other persons. In case of loss of AAI data, students are obliged to personally contact the Student Administration Office with an identification document (ID card/passport).

E-support
Electronic Application System
In order to ensure faster and more productive handling of student administrative inquiries, applications and other requests, an electronic system for submission and monitoring of applications was introduced at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb. The system can be accessed at https://podrska.pravo.hr (registration to the system is done using student AAI identity via the link Students – Information Services and Services – e-Support).
Students submit their requests through this system.
The advantage of submitting an application through the e-support system is that all communications take place electronically. If the submitted application is unclear or the documentation is incomplete, students will be informed more quickly that changes or updates are needed, and that can also be made electronically. Since each application is kept under a unique number, the student applicant, the administrative staff and the Faculty Administration have an insight into the state of the procedure at
The use of all resources the system is possible by using the student AAI identity. Students who do not have AAI identity or are not able to use it can still submit their applications to the Student Administration Office in person. Due to the security of the system, it is not possible to electronically submit requests concerning the AAI system itself (password change, etc.).
Studomat
Studomat is an application through which students can:
- apply for an exam/cancel the application for an exam;
- review the schedule for written exams,
- enrol in a new academic year,
- select courses,
- request printing of various certificates,
- have an insight into financial obligations towards the Faculty.
With the help of the Studomat, students can examine all their data recorded in the Higher Education Institutions Information System (ISVU), such as:
- Personal data
- Data on the academic years enrolled
- Registered courses
- Passed exams
- Financial obligations
- Level of entitlement to students’ meals
Email and Google Suite
Students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb have the possibility to use applications from the Google Suite tool. At the Faculty of Law, we use Google Suite to send emails, write text documents, tables, manage shared and personal calendars and create project websites, e-learning and many other services.
All students can use the e-mail on the domain student.pravo.hr. In accordance with the Dean’s decision, the e-mail at student.pravo.hr is used for all official communication within the Faculty. Students are obliged to use the e-mail account at student.pravo.hr when communicating with the teachers and administration offices of the Faculty, and teachers and employees are not obliged to take into account messages sent from other email addresses. All notifications from the Faculty’s administration and administration offices are sent to the addresses of students at student.pravo.hr
