The Code of Ethics of the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb entered into force on April 8, 2023.

With the adoption of the Code of Ethics, the Faculty of Law made a commitment to continuously improve ethical standards in its activities and thus ensure to the faculty community and faculty environment safety, predictability and certainty of protection in any kind of violation of a value or a principle defined by the Code.

The procedure in case of a violation of Code of Ethics can be initiated in the period of two years from the occurrence of a violation.

Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Law, the Dean and a person against whom the procedure was initiated shall participate in a procedure initiated because of a violation of the Code. In accordance with the Code of Ethics of the University of Zagreb, the Ethis Committee of the University of Zagreb shall participate in certain procedures.
