Foundations of police and judicial cooperation in EU criminal law - The principle of mutual recognition, 5. Institutions and mechanisms of police and judicial cooperation in criminal matters in the EU, 6. Europea Arrest Warrant, 7. Evidence in EU criminal law, 8.
