Schoenherr Zagreb is organizing the third season of its M&A Dealmaking Workshop for 4th and 5th year law students. Taking place from March 2026 to May 2026, the workshop provides practical and theoretical insights into the structure, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions, exploring the intersection of law, business, and economics in dealmaking and highlighting the role of a transactional lawyer.

The programme consists of weekly 120-minute sessions over the course of 10 weeks and will be held at the Schoenherr Zagreb office (Prilaz Gjure Deželića 19). Sessions will be conducted in Croatian, with materials predominantly in English. Between classes, participants will work on practical assignments, including reviewing transactional documents and developing negotiation strategies.

The workshop will be led by Krešimira Krušlin, Vice Mandarić and Ivan Einwalter.

Admission is by application only and space is limited.
