Schoenherr is organizing the third season of its M&A Dealmaking Workshop for 4th and 5th year law students. Taking place from March 2026 to May 2026, the workshop will provide practical and theoretical insights into the structure, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions, exploring the intersection of law, business, and economics in dealmaking. The sessions will be led by Krešimira Krušlin, Vice Mandarić, and Ivan Einwalter at the Schoenherr Zagreb office (Prilaz Gjure Deželića 19), conducted in Croatian with materials mostly in English.
