Furthermore, the course deals with the following topics: The concept of employee in the EU law; Contracts of Employment: Fixed and part-time work; Working time; Equality and prohibition of discrimination; Termination of Employment; Freedom of association; Industrial actions; Transfer of undertakings; Information and consultation of employees; Maternity rights; Parental leave; Freedom of movement for workers; Social security and pension rights.
