The Law on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22) regulates the right of access to information and reuse of information at the disposal of public authorities. The right of access to information entails the right of an authorized person to request and receive the information, as well as the obligation of the public authorities to enable the access to the information, i.e. to publish the information when there is no particular request for the same, but such a publication represents their obligation determined by the law or other general regulation. All information must be available to each domestic or foreign natural and legal person in accordance with the conditions and restrictions from the Law. The right of access to the information belongs to all the authorized persons in the same manner and under the equivalent conditions and they are equal in the realization thereof.
