Course “International Air Law” is designed for students who are interested in international air transport and all aviation-related topics. In this course, students have opportunity to learn on the concepts and rules of public and private international air law through a wide range of topics. The course covers most important legal topics for understanding international air transport – air freedoms, international air transport agreements, public and private international air law organizations, legal regulation of aviation safety and security, carriage of passengers by air, etc.
