Po dolasku na strano sveučilište stipendist je dužan u roku od petnaest dana osobno otići u
Ured za međunarodnu suradnju stranoga sveučilišta potvrditi svoj dolazak na strano
sveučilište, tj. dobiti potpis i pečat nadležne osobe te obrazac poslati elektroničkom poštom:
– na email adresu koordinatora za odlaznu mobilnost Ureda za međunarodnu suradnju
Sveučilišta u Zagrebu (potvrda se šalje koordinatoru s kojim ste bili u kontaktu prije
početka svoje mobilnosti i isključivo u PDF formatu)
– na email adresu koordinatora za odlaznu mobilnost Ureda za međunarodnu suradnju
PFZG-a (potvrda se šalje isključivo na imo@pravo.hr i u PDF formatu)
Službeni obrazac potvrde mobilnosti u priloženom dokumentu – Statement of Host Institution
– Confirmation of arrival/departure (start/end date)
Obrazac za studente koji idu na studijski boravak u inozemstvo preko nekog drugog oblika
razmjene
Prije odlaska sa stranoga sveučilišta student je dužan osobno otići u Ured za međunarodnu
suradnju stranoga sveučilišta potvrditi svoj odlazak te po dolasku u Zagreb dostaviti potvrdu u
roku od 15 dana:
– Uredu za međunarodnu suradnju Sveučilišta u Zagrebu (potvrda se šalju koordinatoru
s kojim ste bili u kontaktu od početka svoje mobilnosti i isključivo u PDF formatu)
– Uredu za međunarodnu suradnju PFZG-a (potvrda se šalje isključivo na
imo@pravo.hr i u PDF formatu)
