As part of her official visit to the Republic of Croatia, on Wednesday, 25 March 2026, Her Excellency Mrs Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, President of the Republic of North Macedonia, delivered a lecture at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, titled “On the Paradoxes of Macedonian Euro-Integration.”
The Vice-Dean for Science, Innovation, Knowledge Transfer, and Lifelong Learning, Professor Elizabeta Ivičević Karas, delivered the opening remarks to a full hall, bringing together many interested students, faculty, colleagues, and distinguished guests.
The President’s compelling presentation, particularly in light of the challenges North Macedonia faces on its path to European Union membership, captivated both students and faculty. A lively discussion on the topic followed the lecture.
