Dear cooperation partners and colleagues,

We would like to draw your attention to our upcoming Summer School “Investment Law and the Rule of Law in a Fragmented World: National and Regional Perspectives” “, which will take place from the 7th until 13th September 2026 at Lake Ohrid, North Macedonia. It is organized by the SEELS network faculties and the Europa-Institut of Saarland University and financially supported by the DAAD and the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.

 The summer school aims to introduce students and young academics to the current challenges of Investment Law and the Rule of Law and includes national and regional perspectives. The summer school is based on a multidisciplinary program designed to explore the intersection of economy, politics and legal studies. Moreover, interactive trainings and workshop sessions should foster the discussion among the participants.
