Pravni fakultet u Zagrebu već nekoliko godina uspješno provodi program studentskog mentoriranja/buddy program. Ideja je ovog programa povezati studentice i studente viših godina studija sa studenticama i studentima prve godine studija kako bi im pomogli u lakšem snalaženju i prilagodbi na početku njihovog fakultetskog iskustva te istodobno stekli pozitivno iskustvo studiranja na Pravnom fakultetu u Zagrebu. Sudjelovanje u ovom programu je isključivo dobrovoljno.
Program studentskog mentoriranja namijenjen je studenticama i studentima koji su prvi put upisali prvu godinu studija (brucošima) i prijavili za sudjelovanje u ovom programu.
Studentski mentori/ice su studentice i studenti viših godina bilo kojeg studija koji se izvodi na Pravnom fakultetu u Zagrebu koji žele odvojiti dio svog slobodnog vremena i pomoći mlađim kolegicama i kolegama brucošima u njihovoj prilagodbi na fakultetski život.
Program studentskog mentoriranja je prilika studentskih mentora/ica da pomognu studenticama i studentima prve godine studija da steknu pozitivno iskustvo studiranja na Pravnom fakultetu u Zagrebu.
Ne postoji popis obveza koje moraju ispuniti studentski mentori.
Načelno bi studentski mentori/ ice trebali biti spremni:
-upoznati se sa svojom grupom brucoša tijekom Dana orijentacije,
-pokazati im prostore Fakulteta (studentska referada te ostale stručne službe, predavaonice, kabineti i sl.)
-savjetovati ih tijekom orijentacijskih dana te kasnije, prema potrebi, o načinu studiranja, metodama i planu učenja i polaganju ispita,
– uputiti ih u fakultetski život i mogućnosti koje se nude na Fakultetu općenito,
– pomagati im oko administracije i općenito studenskih pitanja i sl.
Svaki mentor ima svoj način mentoriranja, a vrijeme odvojeno za studentsko mentoriranje ovisi o potrebama i mogućnostima kako studentskih mentora/ica, tako i brucoša.
Prijave za sudjelovanje u ovom programu otvaraju se početkom svake akademske godine. Prijave su moguće putem obrasca koji će biti dostupan na Google forms platformi.
Obavijest o mogućnosti prijave bit će poslana svim studentima Fakulteta na njihove mail adrese.
Nakon odabira kandidata studenti mentori/ice će biti povezani sa svojim grupama brucoša na Danima orijentacije Pravnog fakulteta koji se održavaju krajem rujna svake akademske godine.
