Tea Ritoša was born in 1998 in Pula. She attended primary school in Višnjan and a language-oriented grammar school in Poreč. After finishing her secondary education, in 2017 she enrolled in the undergraduate study of social work at the Social Work Study Centre at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, from which she graduated Cum Laude. In 2021, she began her graduate study of social work, from which she graduated in 2022 Magna Cum Laude, defending her thesis entitled Depression, stress and certain risky behaviours of students during the Covid-19 pandemic. During her studies, Tea worked as a student assistant at the Department of Theory and Methods of Social Work. After graduating, she was employed as a trainee social worker at the then Centre for Social Welfare Poreč – Parenzo, today the Poreč – Parenzo Regional Office of the Croatian Institute for Social Work. Since 2024, she has been working as an assistant at the Department of Theory and Methods of Social Work at the Social Work Study Centre of the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. Tea participates in writing professional and scientific papers, attends professional conferences and training events, and is an active contributor to various projects.
