Assistant at the Department of Criminal Procedure, Darija Željko, spent the period from 1 to 30 April 2024, at the University of Regensburg in Germany as part of the international project “Deutsch-Kroatisches Tandem für Nachwuchswissenschaftler*innen.” During her research stay, Željko utilized the rich library resources of the Faculty of Law, University of Regensburg in a stimulating environment and used the exchange period to prepare a scientific paper related to the topic of her upcoming doctoral dissertation “Judicial review and European prosecutions.” She also collaborated with Dr. Nina Kerstensteiner from the Faculty of Law, University of Regensburg on a joint paper they plan to publish as part of the project by the end of the year. Željko also participated in a series of organized activities for doctoral candidates and international researchers. With a view to further networking and successfully completing the project, Dr. Nina Kerstensteiner will stay at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb in July 2024.
