Born 1979 in Zagreb, Croatia. In 2003 graduated from University of Zagreb Faculty of Law integrated LLM program and entered a postgraduate Master in Trade and Corporate Law program at the University of Zagreb. In 2012 completed the Legal Science PhD program with a Ph.D. thesis in the field of intellectual property – Digital Content Management in Information Society. In 2013. completed the Croatian Academic Research Network E-learning Academy two semester course on development of e-learning courses. From 2003 to 2004 worked as an associate for Croatian Academic Research Network CERT, an academic ISP and education services provider and national CERT on IT security incident processing. From 2004 to 2006. worked as an attaché for the Ministry of Foreign Affaires and European Integration of the Republic of Croatia in multilateral relations as a liason for WTO, WIPO and related organizations. In 2006 elected to the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law ICT Law Department as a teaching and research assistant. In 2015 elected to the post of Assistant Professor (Docent). In 2020, elected to the post of Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb.
Researcher in the fields of information technology law – privacy and data protection, intellectual property, cybercrime, information security, electronic commerce, electronic communications. Lecturer at the University of Zagreb Interdisciplinary specialist postgraduate program Intellectual Property, Information Security specialist postgraduate program and graduate Ph.D. program at the University of Zagreb and the University of Mostar. Teaches various graduate and postgraduate courses ranging from Information Technology Law to Personal Data Protection, Privacy in Electronic Communications, Internet Governance, Introduction to Information Security, Cybercrime and Cybersecurity, Electronic Commerce, and Copyright in Digital Environment at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law, Faculty of Eletrical Engineering and Computing, Faculty of the Humanities and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Economics & Business.

Co-author of the University textbooks „Pravna informatika i pravo informacijskih tehnologija/Legal informatics and ICT LAW“, „Informacijska privatnost u knjižnicama/Information Privacy in Libraries“, „Upravljanje krizama/Crisis Management“, author of the University textbook „Uvod u intelektualno vlasništvo/Introduction to Intellectual Property“, „Introduction to Data Protection/Zašttia osobnih podataka 1. dio“, and the Croatian edition of the Kluwer International Encyclopaedia of Laws for Cyber Law. Author and co-author of over forty scientific articles and reviews in Croatian and international legal journals. Author of over 200 columns, articles and commentaries for leading Croatian IT and business magazines such as Bug, Mreža, Infotrend, Banka Magazine etc.
Accomplished data protection trainer and founder of several life-long learning programs in the field of data protection.Develops and leads lifelong learning programs in the fields of data protection, copyright and anti-corruption efforts for University of Zagreb, Ius Info, Zagreb Stock Exchange, ILBA.
