Prof. Saša Nikšić graduated in law at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb (1998). He studied and graduated from the T. M. C. Asser Institute in The Hague, the Netherlands (Asser College Europe – Postgraduate Course in International Trade and Business Law, including the Law of the European Union, the Law of the World Trade Organization and International Commercial Arbitration Law). Prior to that, he studied and obtained his LLM degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, Croatia (Postgraduate Study in Civil Law Sciences; topic of the thesis: Conclusion of Contracts by Electronic Means, 2003). Prof. Nikšić earned his PhD degree from the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb, Croatia (topic of the thesis: Health Service Contract, 2007). He was employed as an assistant at the Department of Civil Law until 2008 when he was appointed to the rank of assistant professor. Further, he was appointed to associate professor in 2012, and to full professor in 2018.
