Nina Tepeš graduated and obtained her doctoral degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. She completed postgraduate studies in European Law, WTO Law, International Commercial Arbitration, and International Business Law at the Asser College Europe within the Asser Institute in The Hague. Additionally, she earned her LL.M. in International Business Law from Central European University (CEU).
Prof. Tepeš is a full professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, where she teaches commercial law and company law both in the integrated study programme of law, and in specialized and doctoral study programmes. She has published numerous papers in the field of international private law, arbitration, commercial law, and corporate law.
