From June 3 to 7, 2024, master’s students of social work – Patricia Sastić, Paula Svetec, Dora Lukačin, Kristina Saliu, and Lorena Bošnjak, together with Prof. Dr. Kristina Urbanc, participated in a BIP (Blended Intensive Program) titled “Collaborative Social Work” at the Faculty of Social Work, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. This project also involved students and professors from the Department of Social Work at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade, students of social work from the Faculty of Applied Humanities and Natural Sciences at the Technical College Augsburg, and social work students from the Christelijke Hogeschool Ede | CHE, Department of Social Sciences in Amsterdam.

In addition to actively participating through a series of lectures and workshops on contemporary social work practices in the context of these countries, the participants had the opportunity to visit the Ptuj Social Work Center and gain insight into the application of the collaborative relationship concept in social work with at-risk families as part of the international project “Challenges of families and social work: with polyphonic community to desired outcomes /LAB in Slovenia/.”
