On 19 September 2025, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, Professor Ivan Koprić, and the Head of the Office for International Cooperation and Projects, Ida Ogulinac, welcomed His Excellency José Ramón García Hernández, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain.
The meeting focused on opportunities for cooperation with renowned Spanish universities, as well as on fostering joint initiatives and coordinated engagement with foreign partners and European institutions. The goal is to organise visits by expert lecturers, politicians, and other distinguished professionals who can enrich the curriculum with their experience and provide students with additional learning opportunities.
Discussions also included potential collaboration in publishing joint scientific and other academic works and participation in activities of academic and professional relevance for both students and faculty members.
Collaboration between the Faculty of Law and embassies offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen international ties, exchange knowledge and experience, and open new opportunities for students and staff of the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb.
