Associate Professors Linda Rajhvajn Bulat and Vanja Branica from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, as members of the Psychological Crisis Intervention Team, have been awarded the City of Zagreb Award for 2025. The Team was recognised for its intervention at Prečko Primary School in December 2024 and January 2025.
The Team’s role was to provide support in normalising reactions to the traumatic event, assist pupils, parents, and staff in developing coping strategies, and foster cohesion and resilience in preparation for the resumption of regular educational activities. Owing to the Team’s dedicated efforts, the new school term commenced successfully. A total of 25 experts took part in the intervention.
