The course EU Migration Law and Policy focuses on the functioning of EU migration, asylum and border controls law and discusses the most burning issues in these areas in the EU. The course approaches these topics by simultaneously taking into consideration their gradual politization and securatization, as well as the importance of protecting human rights in the context of EU migration law.
