Associate Professor Dora Zgrabljić Rotar has been employed at the Faculty of Law since 2009. Prior to that, she worked for a year at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer law firm in Vienna, in a team of lawyers for international arbitration. After that, she worked for a year as a lawyer in Zagreb, and she was also briefly an intern at the Municipal Court. In 2012, she successfully completed the LL.M. programme in Private International and Public International Law cum laude in the United States at the University of Pittsburgh. In 2015 she received her doctoral degree from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. From 2017 to 2020, she was an external member of the Foreign Policy Committee of the Croatian Parliament, and since 2021 she has been an external member of the European Affairs Committee of the Croatian Parliament. Since 2019 she has been an expert member of the working group for the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council defining the applicable law related to the effects of assignment of claims on third parties. She is an arbitrator on the list of arbitrators in proceedings with and without international features before the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
