The team of the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, led by students Klara Radić and Nikolina Filipović, and coached by Juraj Brozović, PhD, achieved great success by reaching the semifinals of the Brown Mosten International Client Consultation Competition, and leaving behind strong teams from England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Canada, India, New Zealand, as well as numerous other teams with many years of competition experience. Having entered the semifinal stage, which is reached by only the top nine teams, the Croatian team was allocated to an extremely tough group, where nuances made all the difference.

The Brown Mosten ICCC competition is a blend of clinical education and moot competition. This year, the competition was held in Lublin, Poland, from 10 to 13 April 2024, and the topic was international humanitarian law. Law students from around the world compete in teams of two and are evaluated by a multidisciplinary team of professors, practitioners, psychologists, sociologists, and others on how they handle clients and on their communication and professional skills.
