Svan Relac graduated from the Zagreb University Faculty of Law in 2020 with the thesis titled “Kelsen’s Doctrine of Imputation”. He has been employed at the Department of Theory of Law since 2021 as an assistant. At the Department, he assists with all forms of teaching and exams.
He completed a Master’s program in legal theory, “Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy,” organized by the University of Genoa and the University of Girona, with a thesis titled “The Concept of Retroactivity”.
He is a PhD candidate in legal theory at the Tarello Institute (University of Genoa, Italy). His doctoral dissertation focuses on methods for resolving normative conflicts.
