Matching Assessments to Learning Outcomes:
All students write a seminar miod-term examination which tests knowledge about selected topics and chapters that were analysed in depth within the seminar. Students have to demonstrate that they can define basic international law concepts and explain relevant international law institutes. It is also expected that the students can resolve simple hypothetical cases.
Through writing seminar papers students should get acquainted with the methods of scientific-professional work in the area of international law. A synthetic analysis of a current international law topic based on the research and study of adequate literature and relevant international documents is expected.
