The course enables the connection of the entire range of knowledge that students acquired during the previous years of study in the fields of law, economics, and taxes, with their practical application in everyday business life in the state administration as well as in commercial companies and in tax consulting.
The program of this course aims to develop the skills and knowledge that tax experts need in order to provide support in making business decisions in companies and those who will be employed in the state administration in the analysis and evaluation of business transactions from the tax aspect, to understand and provide support and supervision of business entities.

Therefore, within the scope of the course, the basic principles and concepts of the financial function in companies are studied, and special emphasis is placed on tax control of corporations, legal tax aspects of financial reports, financing and budgeting of corporations and the importance of tax factors when making decisions. These topics are dealt with from a theoretical aspect and with practical examples and active participation of students during classes and in the workshop.
